The Partnering Initiative is committed to providing opportunities for building professionalism in partnering practice and creates opportunities for skills-based training and practitioner workshops wherever there is a clear gap in the market.
Now into it's fourth year, the highly successful Partnership Brokers Accreditation Scheme jointly run by the International Business Leaders Forum and the UK's Overseas Development Institute (see skills-based training courses) is already providing a global benchmark for partnership ‘brokering'.
The week-long residential component of the programme has now been delivered in several different regions: Australia (August 2005, November 2006), Canada (July 2006), Nigeria (December 2006), South Asia (February-March 2007), and is scheduled to run in the United Kingdom (July 2007 and September-October 2007).
Further cohorts with the residential taking place in other regions are under discussion including South East Asia/ Australia, Africa, South Asia.
Applications are now being accepted for all of these cohorts. To access information about how to apply click here: PBAS
